management. The contents encompass: viewing organizations
and human resources as inter-related systems; a review of
human resources functions and programs; staffing the
organization and its various components; human resouces
training and development; the role and impact of the work
environment on employees, management, and the
organization; the development and role of employee
relations; and kinds and importance of remuneration and
security programs.
